  • Prospective authors are invited to submit their one-page extended abstracts via this portal. Each submission should demonstrate relevance to the conference scope, originality, technical quality, overall organization, and clarity of writing.
  • By submitting an abstract, authors acknowledge willingness to register and present their work if accepted.
  • The abstract should highlight the contribution's significance and include up to three key references.
  • Authors must prepare abstracts using the provided template (download link on this page).
  • Abstracts must not extend beyond one page under any circumstances.
  • The abstract may include one figure and one table (optional).
  • The abstract body should be no more than 500 words, excluding references, title, and authors.
  • Include a minimum of three and a maximum of six keywords.
  • The title must be limited to a maximum of 25 words.
  • All abstracts will be peer-reviewed; Technical Program Committee decisions are final.
  • Authors must ensure the submission is original and not copied verbatim from other sources.
  • Abstracts that do not comply with the guidelines and template format may be rejected.
  • During submission, authors complete required fields (title, authors, thematic area, keywords) before uploading files.
  • Authors upload both PDF and source (Word or LaTeX) files of the extended abstract.
